Bling Performing Arts is a professional dance and performing arts studio catering to the artistic and creative community of Newcastle. We specialise in teaching students aged between three years and adult, who have a desire to learn any style of dance, theatre or singing. Students learn in a warm and friendly environment, where it’s all about the children and their best interests.

All classes are taught by working performers and teachers who specialised and highly qualified in their own field, so the students are getting the best tuition.

As Bling moves into its 17th year, principal tap teacher and owner Toni Zink is excited to have her own studio and to be able to put all her enthusiasm and encouragement into the kids.

Toni, has taught at numerous other studios for over 30 years.

“Our studio encourages kids to be all-round entertainers,” Toni said. “Students can do a variety of classes from tap to hip hop, from theatre to singing or if you just want to be a baby ballerina, that’s fine too. We Offer every variety in the performing arts through or studio.”

As a parent herself, Toni encourages her own children to do everything and Is fortunate to have her son Ty a qualified LGTDA Tap teacher as a guest teacher adding his rhythmical style to our tap classes. And her daughter Tellina Lee now lives in Los Angeles, pursuing her dreams amongst the glitz and glamour of Hollywood, with creation of girl Tap Group "Tap That".

“We believe we are a great starting ground. This is what dreams are about and our studio is about – giving the kids an opportunity to take it to the next level if they want to,” Toni Said.

Classes are held from Monday to Saturday at The Hamilton Hive. All classes are catered towards the students’ capabilities and age therefore there is a class for everyone. Even adults.
